The town of Bandon (in Ireland) has had its share of difficulties, capped by a devastating flood in November of 2009. Last month, on the fourth anniversary of the flood, a town hall meeting was held to discuss the plan for redevelopment of the town. Over the next two years, extensive excavation is planned prompting concerned citizens to call for a meeting to voice their concerns and have their say in how plans for redevelopment will progress.
